I work for a company that has been using this company for the last month. Today is my 2nd move with D and he had a team with him today Josh, Antonio. D did a move by himself and when I say he is the truth!!!!!! These guys had me moved out one property and into the other in no time. Thank you so much

First, the only reason this company is getting four stars is because the four movers we had were great. It took me a while to get this review together because it just made me mad all over again to write it. However, dealing with this company was a nightmare. Another Perfect Move was one of the many quotes that I got about a week before we were trying to move. I talked to Ty on the phone on Thursday May 30th, he recommended 4 guys and a truck for $175/hr for a total of 5.5hrs. The contract was sent and corrected five times for various reasons, the $175 was never changed. The admin confirmed $175/hr twice over text (attached). I signed it on Friday. The day before we were supposed to move, I hadn't heard anything. I called the number, it went to a different moving company and no one answered. I got a call back from Ty and when I asked what I could expect the next day, he didn't know I had signed the contract. He then told me that the two hour arrival window (8am-10am) that I had received through email was incorrect, it would actually be sometime between 11am-1pm and they would give me an hours notice. He said that they would arrive "closer to 11am". I got an email sometime during the night that said that the arrival window was between 10am-12pm. I didn't know what was correct, so we were in the area of our storage unit around 10am. I got a call from him about 10:30am, he said that they were finishing up with their first move and would give me an eta shortly. He also asked if I had looked at the contract and pointed out a mistake, I told him I had pointed out the mistake and it was never changed (it listed we were moving from a 1bd apartment). He also said that the rate listed was incorrect, it was "$185 an hour for four guys". I told him that it wasn't what he told me and that wasn't what was on the contract, he said "I never charge $175 for 4 movers, you must have heard me incorrectly". I reiterate that's not what he told me and that's not on the contract. He says again they'll give me an eta shortly. I don't hear from them again until 11:57, saying they'd be there about 12:40. They arrive, the guys are really nice and they get set up outside the storage unit. They start loading the mom's attic, Ty arrives with an additional small truck of supplies. After they've loaded some of our stuff, Ty tells us it will be $185 an hour. At this point, it's not about the money, it's about changing the contract day of. He goes back and forth with us, saying that if we don't agree to pay the $185 an hour that they'll put all of our stuff back and leave. We argue with him, he told the guys to stop moving things. He said "we can stop this whole thing right now", one of us said "okay" and so he called off the move. Out of exasperation in the middle of arguing, I eventually told him "fine, we'll pay" because I didn't want to go through all of this again. The guys started moving our stuff, Ty came down off the truck and continued to argue with us. He said that if he "charged $175 per hour for 4 guys, he wouldn't make any money. The move would be a loss". We said that as a business owner, he should make things right because it was his/his team's mistake. He said that I "must have told the admin that it was $175 per hour and she just went with it". My husband told him that he was gaslighting us, that he heard him say that it was $175 per hour. I offered to let him see the text messages between me and the admin, which I know he had seen because the admin accidentally sent me screenshots of our conversation. He said that he "was done with this conversation" and started working. He was mumbling under his breath about us, my husband was so mad that he went to the car. At several points during the move, he pointed out how they were taking care of our stuff really well. At the end of loading, he put our piano on the truck with no extra charge. Luckily he didn't come to the destination and the load out went really smoothly. They finished in three hours total, we were charged for four hours (I didn't argue it). When they say don’t judge a book by the cover I didn’t listen lol. My two movers showed up and I underestimated them, but they moved my client in and out her new unit in a matter of 2.5hrs and she had the stuff packed better it would have been less than that. This moving company provides exceptional service. I had previously scheduled a move with another company. On the day of the move they didn’t show up at the scheduled time and 2 hours later they still hadn’t showed up and wouldn’t answer any of my texts or calls. I panicked and started calling moving companies because my daughter had to moved that day. Thankfully God intervened and I called this company and they came in one hour. Everything was professionally moved and there was zero damage. I am so thankful for the excellent service. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.
