Moving Checklists from 2 Months Prior to Moving Day

Did you forget anything for your move? Use our helpful moving checklist to ensure that you haven’t left anything behind during your move. Checklists like ours are a great way to keep organized. Keep your moving checklist handy and in a secure place so that it doesn’t get misplaced while packing. It is best to give yourself two months, at a minimum, to plan your move. Moving Checklist for Two Months Prior to Moving Day

  • Create a floor plan of your new home for furniture and appliance placement.
  • Make an inventory of your household goods and begin to remove clutter (start with the basement, attic, garage, and other storage areas).
