Due to some circumstances, my move was delayed and I was notified the morning of my time window. Ty, the moving manager, made sure to communicate promptly with me and was able to accommodate my move for the same day as needed. Ty and Mike were the movers assigned, and they did a great job! They were focused, courteous, and professional throughout the job. All of my belongings were moved with no damage. Because of the delay and shifting around available staff for my move, Ty adjusted the costs and made a fair adjustment to my final payment to make up for the situation. I appreciate a company that is willing to work with you when things do not go as planned, and do right by the customer. I just had the guys from APM move myself and my fiancé. Josh, Avery, Ty, Josh, and Byron were true professionals. I’ve moved 8 times and these guys were by far the most professional and neat workers I’ve encountered. They were so quick and we had a TON of stuff including very large heavy and antique furniture. They handled all of our stuff as if it was their own. I will 100% use APM again! It’s so great finding a mover you can trust!

Our movers - DJ, Keith & Tyler - were great. Incredibly helpful, very friendly, and super careful with our things. All of our furniture and trinkets arrived in-tact. I wasn't super happy that the job took and cost double my original quote, but 🤷 I do really appreciate the mover team.

I used this company for an interstate move about two months ago and I have to say I had an overall good experience. The team arrived on the date and time agreed upon to pick up all of my stuff, and they did at great job at disassembling furniture and handling everything. I had been given a heads up that same morning that my delivery date would be delayed, however, because of other interstate moves that had also been delayed that week. My things ended up arriving two days after the original delivery date, and my TV did break on the way, but these were the only negative things. Ty was very responsive in giving me updates on the truck and even gave me a full refund for the TV, which I greatly appreciated. The crew also did an amazing job at getting everything up the stairs at the drop off location, re-assembling, and getting rid of all the trash. I really cannot complain and I was pleased with this company's service.
